To join the Simon family as a professional driver, you must have 2 years verifiable OTR experience, 24 years of age or older, and a clean driving record.

We hire from select cities in Utah, Oregon, Texas, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Kentucky, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and the Denver CO area. To learn more, reach out to our recruiter.

Our drivers are placed in 2020-2022 Freightliner Cascadias that are maintained regularly. All trucks come equipped with APUs, inverters, new 10" mattresses, microwaves, refrigerators, TV mounts, and tons of added safety features. Our trailers are reefers and flatbeds with no-touch freight.
